How to Feel Comfortable During a Photoshoot
Updated: Jul 21
One of the first things my clients tell me is:
"We're not good at posing."
The truth is—you don't have to be.
As a Vienna photographer, I've worked with many couples and families who had never been in front of a professional camera before. The most beautiful photos don't come from perfect poses—they come from genuine moments.

You Don't Need to Know How to Pose
It's my job to guide you.
Throughout the session, I'll give you simple prompts and gentle direction so you always know what to do. Nothing feels forced, and there's no pressure to "perform."
Focus on Each Other If you're having a couple photoshoot, don't think about the camera. Talk, laugh, walk together or simply enjoy the moment.
Real connection always looks better than a perfectly posed photo.
Families Don't Need Perfect Children Children don't have to sit still or smile at the camera every second.
Some of the best family photos happen while kids are exploring, laughing or cuddling with their parents.
Relax and Trust the Process Every session moves at a comfortable pace.
There's plenty of time to explore the location, adjust outfits if needed and enjoy the experience without feeling rushed.
Your Photos Should Feel Like You
My goal isn't to create perfect poses.
It's to capture genuine emotions and moments you'll love looking back on for years to come.
That's what makes every photoshoot in Vienna unique.
Let's Create Beautiful Memories Together
Whether you're planning a couple session, family photos or portraits, I'll make sure you feel comfortable from the very first minute.
You don't need any experience—just be yourself, and I'll take care of the rest.
