REFUND POLICY

1. Photography Services
Due to the nature of photography services, completed services and delivered digital products are generally non-refundable.

2. Booking Deposits
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking date. The booking is confirmed only after the deposit is received.

3. Client Cancellation

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled session may qualify for a partial refund excluding the deposit.

  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the session are non-refundable.


4. Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be requested in writing.

5. Photographer Cancellation
If the photographer is unable to provide services due to emergency, illness, or force majeure, all payments received will be refunded or an alternative date will be offered.

6. Digital Products
Digital files, edited images, and downloadable products cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery.
